Receive missing/incorrect shipment

Unfortunately, there may be times when the recipient receives a package that is missing some items or contains the wrong product. For this reason, it is important to check the package as soon as it has been delivered. In each of these cases, we ask you to provide the following photos:

  • the packaged package
  • the transport labels
  • Clear images of the goods received (dimensions, labels...)
  • Photo of the product label

When we receive the photos, we will begin the investigation to identify the cause. First, we will check our inventory and system to see if there was a mistake in preparing the package. Then we will examine the transport labels and see if they have been confused with another order/shipment.

Once the problem is found, we will inform you of the solution to the case and suggest how to proceed.

Please note that in these two cases, if it is a mistake on our part or on the part of a carrier, the customer will not have to pay any additional shipping costs.

Please feel free to inform us if you would like an additional replacement for a second invoice document.
