Below you will find our fee overview for the individual business cases:

1: Value of Goods, 2: Per Package, 3: Single Freight Surcharge, 4: Single Shipment

• We are currently unable to supply Switzerland and Croatia.

• Island delivery
  1. Germany: €23 ²
  2. EU: €43 ²

• Correction of the address/ incorrect delivery address
  1. €11 ² 

• Failed pickup/re-delivery attempt
  1. €13 ²

• Collection and return costs (also shown in the table above)
  1. DE: €18 ² + 10 % of the value of the goods
  2. EU: €18 ² + outbound freight + 10 % value of goods

• Non-acceptance (also shown in the table above)
  • DE: €11 ² + 10 % of the value of the goods
  • EU: Outbound freight (as shown in the table above) + 10% of the value of the goods
