Warranty tire

If the tyre has a defect or problem after fitting, let us know, and we will analyse if it could be a manufacturing problem.

Please note that we do not assume the warranty if there is a defect due to a handling error during the installation of the tyre.

If it is a manufacturing problem, we will send you the appropriate complaint form for your goods. This must be filled in with all the details of the case and sent to us with the following photos of the damaged tyre:

  • Full DOT
  • Location of the tire defect (gladly highlighted with chalk)
  • Tread
  • Profile where you can see and measure the model

After reviewing the documents you have submitted, we will send you the shipment data of the collection.

The shipping costs will be covered by us if the manufacturer accepts the complaint and the tire is new and has not been fitted. However, please note that if the claim is rejected by the manufacturer, we will charge the cost of the return.

Please also understand that these cases may take a little longer to process than other incidents. Usually between 30 and 60 days.
