Wrong delivery address

In most cases, the carrier will inform us of a problem with the delivery and ask us to confirm the delivery address.

If the delivery address is incomplete or the recipient details are incorrect, costs will be incurred, which can be found in the fee schedule.

However, if the postcode is incorrect, depending on the transport service provider, it may not be possible to redirect the parcel. In this case, the costs for a rejection of the goods will be incurred. These costs can be found in the fee overview.

Please note that sometimes it happens that the package is rerouted without consulting us, so we have to charge the additional cost without your confirmation.

Once we have received the confirmation or correction from the recipient, we will inform the shipping company and ask them for a new delivery attempt. As this process takes some time, we always recommend that the recipient contact the delivery centre to facilitate delivery and avoid returning the package.

It could be that the delivery centre does not receive the confirmation in time and sends the package back to our warehouse. If the recipient can prove the correctness of the delivery address with an official document, such as an invoice, we may try to refuse the shipping costs to the carrier.
