Possible return costs when handling complaints

 

In the event of goods complaints, no immediate compensation can usually be provided. The goods are made available to the respective product manufacturer for assessment. Only after the findings can a decision be made on a replacement, a credit note or a negative message.

 In the event of a rejected complaint by the industry, the following fees will apply:

  1. Processing fee €20.00 / order
  2. Return of the complained goods to tyre-world €15 / package // €50 / pallet
  3. Return of the goods to the customer (if desired*) €15 / package // €50 / pallet

*if not desired: disposal by tyre-world, at €5 / tire

On request, we will send you rejected complaints, but charge shipping / packaging costs!

Alternatively, we offer you disposal at the above costs.
