# Packaging of goods for return shipment

We would like to use examples to illustrate how goods are packaged correctly so that our suppliers also accept the return.

The following points must be observed:

- The original carton/packaging must be undamaged, clean and present.
- No shipping labels may be affixed to the original packaging.

 It is not permitted to **affix** shipping labels, as the sticker will “damage” the carton or cannot be removed without causing damage.

The following pictures show examples of how not to do it:

**In both cases, the return will be refused because the items are no longer saleable.**

In addition, we do not ship the goods in this way. The goods always leave our warehouse as shown in this picture:

Please be sure to use the boxes and, if necessary, the filling material with which we have sent you the goods.

This is the only way to ensure a smooth process until the credit note is issued.
