Goods not received
In the event that the customer sees in the tracking that the package has been delivered even though they have not received the package, inform us so that we can send you the POD (Proof of delivery). The customer can see in the POD who has received the package.
If the customer cannot identify the recipient indicated on the POD or refuses to sign on the POD as his signature, we will open a complaint with the carrier. For these complaints, we need a declaration of non-receipt/affidavit filled out and signed by the customer. Since the carrier frequently changes these documents, we will send the appropriate affidavit if required.

The complaint must be made by the customer to us within three working days of the stated delivery date.
