Acceptance Refusal

The recipient can refuse the package at the time of delivery if they no longer need the order.

In this case, once the package returns to our warehouse, and we have inspected it, we will issue a credit note from which the cost of the return will be deducted.

The costs that are deducted can be found in the fee schedule for vehicle parts.
