Absence during the delivery time
If the recipient cannot be reached during the delivery attempt, the transport service provider usually leaves a notification. As a rule, a second delivery attempt is made. If the recipient is still absent, the package will be returned.
In this case, we will not receive any notification from the transport service provider. For this reason, we strongly recommend that the recipient always track the package. If they see that a delivery attempt has taken place, they should contact the delivery centre or inform us.
In this case, once the package returns to our warehouse, and we have inspected it, we will issue a credit note from which the cost of the return will be deducted.
