Cancellation

Please send us your cancellation request by e-mail with the subject "Cancellation".

We will always try to cancel an order, but we cannot guarantee this. If the cancellation is not possible, we ask you to refuse the delivery in order to reduce the costs to be deducted. If this is not possible, we will pick up the goods for an appropriate fee.
